Corey explained how he was going to fix the problem and efficiently completed his work. After completing the job he took a couple of minutes to answer a few other plumbing questions I had for him on some future projects I'm planning. I would use Coyote Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

I called after 6 p.m. to leave a message but someone was still there and answered the phone. She took my information and first thing the next morning Coyote was there and fixed the problem. I have an appointment with them in a couple of weeks to do some other work for me.

Called in the morning and they came that afternoon. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. I would use them again for any plumbing needs I have.

Terry called before he arrived to give me a 20 minute window when he would be at our house. He came in and went right to work. The kitchen faucet was loose and he tightened it. He also explained that Moen had a lifetime warranty and that if we contacted them, we could get free parts. He explained which part we will be needing in the future to help the faucet turn easier, but not loose. Then he went to the bathroom and it is also a Moen fixture and he took it apart, and showed us the cartridge it takes inside to stop the leak. This can also be obtained via Moen, so he left us with the packaging to order the same part in the future - all of our bath fixtures are the same. Terry was fast, friendly and really knowledgeable. He was eager to help us and save us money at the same time. I was excited to meet our new GO TO PLUMBER!

This was my first time hiring them, but I found them through Angie’s List. I tipped the gentleman who came out and said I would request him in the future.

This was the best plumbing company I have used in the PHX area!! Kerry was to be here between 800-0900, arrived at 0750!! most impressed and he had not started to work yet! Very nice and helpful. Got right to work and was done 2 hours later. I was guessing about $300+ for the work and it was only $240!! When someone asks me if I know any good plumbers? I can yes, Coyote Plumbing. Quick response from the company after purchasing the big deal. They came out in a timely manner and the repairman replaced our garbage disposal and diagnosed issues with sink, sprayer and RO system.

Bought an initial Angie's Deal for 1hr of service - scheduled only to find our leak was not the pipes/plumbing but the ancient water softener... They offered half credit for the trip which I thought was very generous since there was a significant trip from Gilbert. We then were able to purchas a separate Angie's Deal for 2 hours of plumbing. Purchased a replacement water softener (at Costco) and they were great about scheduling asap since we had an active leak. The technician that came out was hard working - knew what he was doing and how to innovate to solve several minor problems that came up and this was on an extremely steamy, hot day. VERY pleased with the service and with the Angie's Deals - it was a great deal. Not only can you trust the quality of the work - but Cayote Plumbing will be our first call if we have any problems in the future.

Overall, Dan did a great job. He under-promised and over-delivered with both price and time to make the repairs. Job well-done!
