Could not have gone better. Service provider arrived on time and even called when they were 15 minutes out. Took the time to go through the house and look at the various things I had questions on as well as the two items I needed to have fixed. Was able to quickly replace a leaky cartridge in an upstairs shower where the handle had bonded to the handle assembly due to calcium build up. Was also able to sweat a new handle on an outside hose bib that had rotted/rusted. Even took the time to explain why he used a female assembly on the hose bib instead of sweating a new male one one on; this way if the the new knob ever breaks/leaks I can simply buy a new one at HD or Lowe's and screw it on myself. Very professional, would definitely recommend, and will use for all of my future plumbing needs.

I purchased the deal for Coyote plumbing for 2 ours for $109.00 on Monday and they set my appointment for the next day. Tony arrived at about 1:40pm during a 2 hour window of 1-3. I considered this right on time. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We reviewed my list of items and he advised that he would take a look and let me know if anything was not repairable, as I did not want to replace fixtures, just repair what was there. He was done in exactly 2 hours - we were both pleasantly surprised that he managed to get through all of that in just two hours! the cost of the parts came to $53. Two hours worth of work and $162 for all of it, what a great deal. I am thrilled, everything works wonderfully and he left all the areas where he was working spic and span. Fast. friendly, professional and very affordable. No one tried to sell me anything and I am extremely satisfied. I Highly recommend Coyote Plumbing.

This is the 2nd time I've bought Coyote Plumbing's $59 Angie's List deal and each time was a very pleasant experience. I had looked on YouTube to try and save myself some money and clear the clog myself, but with a garbage disposal involved I wasn't really sure what I would find and didn't want to screw things up even more so I checked on Angie's List and found Coyote Plumbing had a $59 Angie's List Deal for a service call and 1 hr of labor for only $59 which is absolutely a great deal for someone like me on a budget. I purchased the deal around 8pm in the evening and was promptly contacted via email from Coyote Plumbing later that evening asking me to email or call them back to schedule an appt because I had forgotten to leave my phone number in the "NOTES" section. I left a message with their answering service and Debbie (who was super nice and great to deal with) called me back within a few hours to schedule an appt. I told her that I've used them in the past and in the same way you have a favorite doctor to go to, that they are my personal designated plumbing company because of the great experience and honesty I've had from them the first time I used them. First impressions DO count! Terry was the plumber who came to my house this time. He called to say that he was on his way. He was very professional and very courteous. He introduced himself, took off his shoes and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He explained what was causing the clog and what was needed to be done to fix it which he did right away. In the process of diagnosing the problem, he noticed that the sprayer head on my kitchen sink faucet was leaking. I told him not to worry about it and that it's been leaking for months now, but he insisted he had the time to take a look at it and took it apart then tightened it back up for me and now it's not leaking. Terry even didn't mind answering questions I had about my dishwasher which I hadn't used in a couple of years because I was afraid it would leak. He didn't mind that I asked if we could turn it on while he was there to check for any leaks. He stayed until it started filling with water and waited to see if there were any leaks which thankfully there was none. It was a relief to have him there. When I called to schedule the appointment, the lady I spoke with worked hard to find a good time to schedule an appointment for me. The plumber showed up on time and worked quickly to repair my leaky faucet. He was super nice and happily answered all my questions, giving me the best advice for my situation. From the initial call to schedule an appointment to the quick repair - I would definitely recommend Coyote Plumbing.

Bought the 59.00 dollar big deal from this company and had them come out and fix a clogged toilet and had them put in a new drain flapper in my toilet bowl. I am very happy with my service. The only extra charge was for the toilet bowl flapper which cost 5.00 dollars extra which was a very fair price. I will use Coyote Plumbing again.

It was great service and I give him thumbs up. It was for one hour of labor and it went over little bit than an hour but he charged for an hour and it was well worth it. I wasn’t there to meet them and it was for my rental house and I was out of town. People on the phone were very nice and the work was done appropriately.

The first attempt failed at finding the correct line to install, so he went out by the meter and saw where the line went, dug a nice hole found the line and got the valve installed with no problems. He was very friendly, and professional. I would definitely use this company again.
