I purchased a special through Angie's list. I emailed Coyote on a Monday according to instructions. On Tuesday, I received an email from them telling me to call their number. I talked to an answering service who said they'd pass my information on to Coyote. I had no response for two days. On Thursday, I called back and received the same answering service who took all of my information again. With in an hour Coyote had called back and I had a same day appointment. A fellow named Terry came. He was knowledgeable and professional. The best part is that he did not hurry through the job, but took his time to do it right. Bottom line, would I used Coyote Plumbing again? Yes, based on the service, but I would not use them a third time if I had to wait as long as I did before. I would give them a B+ for outstanding service, but the delay kept it from being an A.

We had a communication mix up about the time. Before I could reschedule I had a friend help me out with the problem. The lady I dealt with at Coyote was very nice.

It went very well. They called me to schedule an appointment with hours and set the appointment for first thing the next morning. The plumber arrived on time and everything was taken care of less than 24 hours after I submitted the request.

The company arrived at the scheduled date of service and installed the new heater as advertised. Fast, courteous and efficient. Great job and if needed we would use them again.

We were referred to Coyote from our home warranty company for a bad water heater. They showed up early the next day. Kerry was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue quickly and handed it off to the home warranty to get the unit replaced. Keep up the good work.

Your first contact with Coyote Plumbing is Debbie the scheduler. She is awesome. Not sure how it happened but we started chatting about one thing or another on both my scheduling appointments. The front office is super responsive, and they will contact you if the driver is running just a minute or two behind schedule. Another excuse to chat up Debbie. This return visit had John installing a fixture in our master tub. Required some additional work to gain access -- completed the job as scheduled and then checked all the other home fixtures before he left. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend and will use their services again.

As requested, Corey, with Coyote Plumbing, called ahead to let me know he was on his way to my house so I could meet him there. He quickly replaced old kitchen faucet with a new Delta single-hole faucet plus soap dispenser. While installing the faucet, he noticed that the disposal (garburator) was a little loose and tighten that up as well. He also installed a new set of FLOODCHEK rubber washing machine hoses for me. Corey will be back in a few weeks to install a new TOTO toilet and HANSGROHE shower fixtures in our master bathroom. Highly recommend Coyote Plumbing!

There weren't any additional charges. The guy that came out, Terry was very professional, very polite and explained everything he was doing. I would use them again in the future; I told them that they were my plumbing people now. I would use them as my designated person; they will be my plumbers from now on.
