It could not have gone better. They accommodated my schedule (and location), were on time, and completed the job flawlessly. The installer was great. Very personable. And he did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Coyote.

Terry Ogren came to do the work, this was the second time he had done work for us. He was on time, called to let us know he was on the way. He was friendly and professional. Inspected our problem, told us we would need a new faucet, and had one in the truck. Spent some time making sure he had one the exact style to match our fixtures. The faucet cost about $20.00. He did the work including some caulking in the amount of time we had paid for. He cleaned up after himself and left us very satisfied with the work.

Terry the contractor was excellent! He was punctual,polite,took the time to answer my questions,completed the job very quickly. We have had no problems with the shower since the work was completed. I thought the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend hiring this contractor and company!

It went very well. We had purchased Coyote's special offer on Angie's List: One hour of plumbing service for $59.00. Coyote's plumber worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of multiple problems during our prepaid hour. The only extra cost was $36.61 for parts. He answered all of our questions and provided clear explanations.

Coyote Plumbing called to schedule the appointment promptly and Cory showed up on time. Some people may have an issue with his exposed tattoos, but they didn't bother me at all. Only, he didn't wear shoe protectors when he stepped into the house. To be fair I didn't ask him to, either. He diagnosed the problem and set to work quickly and efficiently and had the issue resolved and tested in about twenty minutes. Only real issue was the outrageous price for parts. Nearly 100% markup over Lowe's or Home Depot prices. Bottomline, great work.. Would hire them again but would be buying my own parts and have them use those.

Terry was very friendly and professional. Really helped in explaining the work needed and why. The cost of the job was competitive and they did a very clean job. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

They came out for the project we were thinking about doing, but we changed our mind just due to the expense of the project. It is turning out to be more than what we wanted to handle. They guy was super nice and did not charge us for the call. We started going through what needed to be done properly and it turned out to be more than what we could handle. He left and was very polite. I would recommend Coyote Plumbing just for the professionalism of the company.

He was terrific! My contact was not even scratched. In addition, I had several unrelated plumbing questions, he answered each question patiently. I will definitely contact Coyote for my future projects!

The worst news was that the four year old toilet had a crack and needed to be replaced. This after the plumber placed a new wax seal, removing the old wax seal. Of course at a charge to me, plus extending the work time allowed for the Angie's list coupon, causing an additional charge. Coyote plumbing removed the toilet for an additional fee.
