Terry was the service tech and also on previous calls. He is always on time with a call that he is on his way. He is very friendly, courteous and will answer your questions and provide suggestions. He pulled the toilet, shimmed to level, added an additional ring and reset toilet. No leaks. He also checked our master bath toilet, no leaks and my kitchen sink faucet, no leaks. All this was done within the hour.

My daughter's Water Heater started leaking on Sat night. I called Coyote at that time (answering service) and received a call back from Debbie within 5 minutes. had shut off the water and power and drained the tank, so I did not need a weekend repair. Debbie was able to get me scheduled for Monday! I was really happy with the appointment so early in the week on short notice. On Monday, the Plumber called ahead of time to let me know his schedule. We met at the house, and the WH was replaced, tested, and purged in 1 hour. He cleaned up after himself, and hauled off the old WH. I am completely pleased and at a price a few hundred less than the big-box guys are advertising. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I had no problems whatsoever. The price was excellent. I was quite pleased with it. They were very responsive when I called them. They showed up earlier than the allocated time they said they would. They were very clean and professional. They were very neat. They answered all my questions and they were in and out in no time. I had Terry with Coyote Plumbing come out today to fix a leaky toilet. They were able to come out within a few hours of the call, fixed the toilet quickly, and even provided an estimate that was pretty spot on prior to doing the work. I wanted to call out the fact that Terry was exceptional. He was very friendly and confirmed with a phone call before he came over (that is huge). Terry deserves recognition for his performance. We have used Coyote plumbing for several jobs at our home and at a rental property we own. They have replaced water heaters, fixed leaky pipes and done a few other plumbing repairs. Every time we call them, they are very responsive. They arrive when they are scheduled to and complete the job efficiently. The plumbers we have had have been friendly and professional and the quoted (and final) price seem reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Saw a small amount of water under our existing 9-year old hot water heater over the weekend. Called several top-rated plumbers from Angie's List.....not only were they super nice and easy to deal with, they were at least $100 cheaper than anyone else. The install was completed earlier than scheduled as space opened up on their calendar. Work was clean, efficient and well done. I will continue to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. It is so refreshing to find an honest, fair, and competent contractor here in Phoenix! A++++

He was courteous, professional and skilled. | |This company came when my home warranty company gave me a date five days from my call. Coyote was very responsive and there was no mark-up on parts. Our wonderful plumber arrived on time, was clean, intelligent, friendly and professional. He performed the job, at the quoted price, even though it was more difficult that we thought. He was excellent in every way. We were smiling all day after he left, because we truly got a great price, great job done, and honest plumber. I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could remember the exact cost. We think it was $50.00 plus $10.00 to haul away old toilet. It was the best price we could find, and then we felt we got the best service after it was all over.
