Karen was at my house 30 minutes after the call and he fixed the problem an hour after that. Great quick service.

Terry was pleasant and explained what he was doing as he went along. But he didn't waste my time with too much chatting. Just enough to be pleasant and for me to understand what was going on.

I purchased the 1 hour of labor deal. I had him check 4 water shut off valves. Only two needed to be replaced. I provided the parts. He installed them in less than 30 min. He arrived on time and was very friendly.

I noticed a lot of standing water in my front yard, which is desert stone landscaping. It was not coming from my drip system as I hadn't used the system in days. The City of Gilbert came to inspect and told me the leak was coming from an underground pipe for which I was responsible. The next morning, I checked Angie's List and found Coyote Plumbing. I called them and within an hour Tom (from Coyote Plumbing) arrived at my home. He assessed the situation and told me what would be required - digging to find the leak and then repairing the pipe. He set to work and within 15 minutes he had found the leak -a crack in a PVC pipe. He replaced the portion of the pipe that was leaking and filled in the hole - making sure to cover all the dirt with the stones he had carefully pushed aside. Tom was very professional, honest, and fair. He was very nice to work with.

The guys & gals at Coyote are simply the best. They are so customer friendly--they really seem more like friends coming over to help with a project than a commercial business. That is very rare to find these days --and very valuable. Debbie in the office is very sweet and efficient. The tech that arrived was Terry ...he is completely awesome.This is the second time Terry has come to the rescue and any time I have need for plumbing services, I won't even consider anyone else. I am somewhat of a DIYer, but as easy as it is to business with Coyote, it's not worth the time or frustration of fussing over an attempted repair--in the future I'm just calling Deb and ask her to schedule Terry--easy as that! It's easy to see why they have have Service Awards 6 consecutive years and counting....

They are very good people. They are open 24 hours for service. I rate them high overall.

Terry arrived on time and got right to work on flushing the water heater. He answered some of my questions that I had on conventional water heater versus tankless water heaters. He also replaced my front hose bib back flow preventer. I would not use any other plumber than Coyote Plumbing. They're professional, efficient, timely and courteous. They are also always very personable, from Deb in the office to plumbers in the field (both Terry and Corey, that have been on my calls).
