The plumber arrived and found that we had the wrong replacement parts even though the plumbing department at the big box store said they were correct. He drew careful diagrams and told us exactly what we needed and left without using any of our time. When we had the right parts, he returned immediately even though there was a wait to schedule and installed them perfectly. I am sorry that I cannot remember his name but he did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

It went all as planned. In fact my insurance adjuster was amazed at such a low price for plumbing work.

I saw the a Big Deal on Angie's list for Coyote Plumbing. I had a water leak from my main feed into my house. I bought the Big Deal and called to schedule. Coyote Plumbing was very accomodating. I liked they fact that they had 3 maintenance windows for the plummer to show up. Most companies I have dealt with in the past have the basic Morning or Afternoon choices . Terry came out to perform the work. He met with my wife. My wife told me after the fact that he was very approachable and perfessional. She showed him the problem and got right to work. After replacing the main water valve, he saved the old one. He showed my wife the main cause of the problem so she can describe it to me. Overall they responded quickly and were very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone!

One of the marks of a great service provider is advising not only on what services are needed, but what services are now. Coyote Plumbing's technician explained in detail why my outdoor spigot was leaking and recommended replacing a few key components. However, my primary concern, the greenish patina on all of the brass that I attributed to deterioration he advised was a normal occurrence not warranting the full replacement I'd feared and was prepared to pay for. Once the work was complete he still had about fifteen minutes of labor time left. So he asked if there was anything else he could take a look at. He replaced a few faucet parts and advised me on proper maintenance. I would definitely use this service again if all of the technicians have such integrity and interpersonal skills.

Everything turned out well. They arrived on time for the appointment, the plumber did quality work, and no messes were left upon the job's completion.

The plumber arrived on time, was VERY courteous and friendly. His workmanship is top notch and he was able to solve our leaking valve quickly. He cleaned up after himself and presented us with an itemized bill for the parts (not included in the deal price.) He arrived, completed the job and was gone in about an hour. Overall we are truly happy with this service and would definitely use Coyote Plumbing again.

They weren't able to fix the problem but it wasn't their fault; it's complicated. They were friendly and prompt.

As requested, Corey, with Coyote Plumbing, called ahead to let me know he was on his way to my house so I could meet him there. He quickly replaced old kitchen faucet with a new Delta single-hole faucet plus soap dispenser. While installing the faucet, he noticed that the disposal (garburator) was a little loose and tighten that up as well. He also installed a new set of FLOODCHEK rubber washing machine hoses for me. Corey will be back in a few weeks to install a new TOTO toilet and HANSGROHE shower fixtures in our master bathroom. Highly recommend Coyote Plumbing!
