My failed attempt at repairing the shower faucet led to a consistent leak on a Saturday. Coyote was able to help stop the leak that day. Plumber returned next week with part to complete the fix. Ended up having to cut a hole in the wall to effect the repair. Although the plumber did not wear shoe covers but wore tatoos, the work was professional and timely.

I called the company late Friday afternoon. I explained the hot water problem to Mrs. Good and asked if Coyote Plumbing could install a heating fixture to resolve my problem. She indicated it could be done and scheduled a repairman to do the job the following Monday. The repairman arrived on time, installed the fixture, and provided step by step instructions on how the system worked and was to be maintained.

Unfortunately it was not the fix we or the plumber wanted. He did explain this was the first step since no one was sure exactly what was leaking. Very professional and we will call back and have them do the next step.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The tech was very professional. He even offered to help me figure out what I should do to take care of a slow drain in the master bathroom. Over and above what was needed which (to me) speaks to their professionalism. Thx!!!

Coyote Plumbing was very good. He told us that we didn't need any other set of valves, that they were all working just fine, and the plumber had told us that we needed new set of valves into the sink, so that saved us considerable money compared to the plumber had said that there was needs to be replaced, and he said they were all working just fine. He re-attached and re-adjusted one of the drain plungers in one of the sink. So that extra cents was from the hardware that he used. I was very pleased.
