They were very prompt and pleasant. They offered a coupon. They showed up when they were supposed to.

This was a $59 big deal. It went very good. I actually had them do some more work and they were very accommodating. They showed up when they said they would and didn't overcharge me or anything. I think I would have them again. I had them do a number of things at what used to be my mom's house. They did some fairly extensive plumbing and replaced a hot water heater. Then I had them come to our house as well. I had them for three or four visits, anyway. My sister had another estimate from another plumbing company and Coyote was substantially less. They were someone that she felt comfortable with and that I did as well, where we will not go back to the other company. Our plumbing is set up so that the work on our hot waster heater is not real feasible. But they told me that and did not try to fix it and botch it or whatever. I thought it was very reasonably priced. I was pleased with it. They did not charge anything for the evaluation.

The service man was friendly and explained all options to us. Did not try to do work that did not need to be completed. Would use again.

I purchased a Big Deal hour of service from Coyote plumbing. I wanted my kitchen faucet replaced and had a leak under the sink in my bar. They sent someone out within a few days. I had 2 different faucets and Joe (I'll just call him that as I can't remember his name) helped me select the best one. After removing my old faucet, he held each of them in the holes so I could see how they looked. After the faucet was replaced, "Joe" looked at my bar sink and replaced some valves. No more leaks! I especially appreciated that "Joe" was aware that I didn't want the labor to go past the hour that I purchased. He kept telling me what he was going to do and how long he thought it would take him. "Joe" wonderful! I wish I could remember his name. I'll definitely use them again.

The plumber arrived on time and walked through the house with me to find all the problem areas, he was able to fix everything right on the spot and even had extra faucets and pieces that I needed for my tub. I had previously rented my home out for a year and the renters had destroyed the toilets and there where leaks causing damage to my home that they never reported, Coyote plumbing's plumber fixed everything and even helped me reconnect my R/O unit free of charge. I highly recommend their service.

He was here all day. It was good. I had purchased a pedestal sink and he gave me some advice on doing a vanity and it would look and work better. He was very up front. I had bought a new garbage disposal and let me know the one that was there is a better one and I could still use it and return the other one. He gave me good advice. He accomplished a lot while he was here.

Terry was prompt and very friendly. Do did a great job and explained the whole process to me.

He called 40 minutes before arriving. Punctual. Very friendly and helpful. Worked quietly. Finished job within 45 min. Very pleased with his service.

Kerry arived 2 hours later, at the appointed time. He changed out a couple of flex lines so that it sould be easy to disconnect and reconnect in the future, if necessary. Kerry was fast, friendly and did great work. I would most definitely use Coyote Plumbing in the future when I have plumbing needs.
