Discovered we had an unsalable water line rupture between house and street on Sunday. We excavated to find the leak location and put in temporary plug. Coyote Plumbing came when we called the next day (Monday) - same day service - and rapidly fixed the leak. They also replaced another valve that we had noticed was leaking by. Very responsive, very professional, gave 110%.

Terry was very friendly and professional. Really helped in explaining the work needed and why. The cost of the job was competitive and they did a very clean job. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

Saw a small amount of water under our existing 9-year old hot water heater over the weekend. Called several top-rated plumbers from Angie's List.....not only were they super nice and easy to deal with, they were at least $100 cheaper than anyone else. The install was completed earlier than scheduled as space opened up on their calendar. Work was clean, efficient and well done. I will continue to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. It is so refreshing to find an honest, fair, and competent contractor here in Phoenix! A++++

After a dismal experience with a different service provider, it was refreshing to experience excellent customer service with Coyote Plumbing! After my home warranty provider requested their response, Coyote Plumbing called me within 30 minutes saying they had a technician in the area that could evaluate my water heater issue. The technician showed up when promised and quickly evaluated the repairs needed. Shortly after, Coyote Plumbing had contacted the warranty provider and obtained approval for the work. The technician arrived the next morning at the agreed upon time and completed the water heater replacement within one hour. I definitely recommend Coyote Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

What a great company! My water heater stopped working and my warranty company referred me to Coyote. They responded immediately to my request and worked around my schedule to get the water heater fixed. I was really impressed by how Debbie reached out via phone and email (and always emailed back right away). When the technician (Kerry) came out to look at the water heater, he was courteous, worked quickly, and had the machine up and running again within 30 minutes! If I ever need anything plumbing-related, I will definitely contact Coyote Plumbing and Rooter.

They were on time. They did what they were supposed to and it worked. They did a great job. I will call them again for other plumbing things that I have in my house.

This was the 2nd time we've used Coyote Plumbing. I live in Tempe and have the Tempe SLIP program which is an insurance type program that protects your sewer line beyond your home's footprint so if there's a clog they pay to fix it. Unfortunately they have contracted with companies like Roto Rooter and their pricing is very high if they need to fix something outside of the SLIP program constraints. For our recent kitchen clog Roto Rooter was going to charge $290 to snake the line. Coyote offered to do it for $90. I obviously chose Coyote and it turned out that they came out quickly, the plumber was friendly and on time, and the job was done effectively. In the world of plumbing, pricing can be all over the place and I would recommend looking around and not just going with the first place you find because you are desperate for a fix. Coyote Plumbing did not try and over charge me and has earned my loyalty and I will be using them for my plumbing needs moving forward.

The first attempt failed at finding the correct line to install, so he went out by the meter and saw where the line went, dug a nice hole found the line and got the valve installed with no problems. He was very friendly, and professional. I would definitely use this company again.
